Business Development Officer for North Luzon
Pampanga, Pangasinan, Dagupan, Cagayan De Oro

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Scouts and identifies sites in the most strategic locations.
    • Recommends a good site based on research on the following factors: Key generators in the immediate area, property values, zoning, taxes, population, projections, transportation, traffic volume & patterns.
    • Negotiates with the property owner on the initial terms and conditions and sets reasonable level of rates.

     

  • Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Candidate must at least have 2 years of working experience specializing in real estate sales or rentals, site acquisition.
    • ​Required skill(s): site acquisition, strong negotiation skills.
    • Candidate must be knowledgeable in Real Estate, Business Relations, and Negotiations.
    • Must be residing and willing to travel in North to Central Luzon (Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga and Bulacan).
Inventory Analyst
Pasig City

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any Business related course
  • Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in Food Manufacturing (inventory management, warehousing)
  • Preferably knowledgeable in SAP System
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Willing to be assigned in Manggahan, Pasig City
